sun salutations for beginners

Our signature class for beginners is to first teach sun salutations and then build up to a vinyasa flow, incorporating a multi style of Ashtanga, Yin and Hatha yoga postures in to an hour class that is sequenced but fun.  Our classes are small and friendly.  One to one options are also available. rolling out the mat

Getting yourself to that first class does not need to be scary. There are no ‘instagram posture’ goals to reach we promise!  It is about your own practice and what bought you to the mat..
