sun salutations for beginners
Our signature class for beginners is to first teach sun salutations and then build up to a vinyasa flow, incorporating a multi style of Ashtanga, Yin and Hatha yoga postures in to an hour class that is sequenced but fun. Our classes are small and friendly. One to one options are also available. Please email for further details
